If you are located in Raleigh, Durham, or North Carolina, then you are more then welcomed to come to our home. We are located near Raleigh, NC.  COVID REQUIREMENTS: Please note that everyone entering our home will require a mask, with hand sanitized.

For those flying in, you do not need to rent a car or hotel, we can meet you at the airport with your puppy.

Nanny Delivery Services

We use Pet Jet Pals for all of our Nanny Delivery Services. This company offers $5,000 loss coverage when flying under Pet Jet Pals. Deliveries are made by professional, experienced nannies to care for your pet the entire flight.

  • US mainland – Nanny – $500-550 USD (estimated) + cost of plane ticket and pet ticket (estimated $330) = $830
  • Alaska and Puerto Rico Nanny – $750-850 USD (estimated) + cost of plane ticket and pet ticket (will need to estimate)
Flying to major international airports for all US states except Hawaii. They also offer limited delivery to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico too!

Pet Ground Services

Only available for deliveries that take 48 hours or less for delivery. This is ground delivery from Raleigh to your location. Price for Ground delivery starts at 200.

Dog Air Shipping – Currently only Delta or AA

Delta and AA both have specialized shipping services PetCargo that provide safe, reliable, year-round transportation, with service to address the needs of all pets that are shipped without their owners.

Weather Requirements for Delta Airlines

To keep your pet safe, we observe seasonal restrictions on pet travel. For your pet’s safety, we don’t ship pets during extreme weather. This includes if the temperature exceeds 80˚F (27˚C) or if the temperature falls below 20˚F (-7˚C) while the animal is on the ground at any point in the routing.  A Certificate of Acclimation is required when temperatures fall between 20˚F (-7˚C) and 45˚F (7˚C).

Weather Requirements for American Airlines

AA transport warm-blooded animals when ground temperatures are between 45 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. This applies to origin, connection and destination cities. A Certificate of Acclimation is required when temperatures fall between 20˚F (-7˚C) and 45˚F (7˚C).

How much does it cost to ship a puppy?

How much to ship a puppy on a plane typically depends on the airlines, time of year, the size of the puppy. We offer dog air shipping for a reason price of $600-700. We do not charge more for shipping then what it costs us to air ship a dog. The amount for shipping pays for the certified veterinarian health certificate, the USDA Kennel and puppy plane ticket

Our designer breed  puppies have to be at least 8 weeks of age.

Your Puppy Itinerary travel:

  • You should arrive at the airport an hour before your flight with your photo ID. Only the person who is purchasing the puppy will be allowed to take the puppy from the airlines. All puppies will be sent to baggage claim, not on the run belt. Ask a TSA at the airport if you have any questions.
  • A Puppy Air Travel Ticket should be sent within 3 Days of making travel Arrangements
  • When you receive you micro teacup toy puppy, you should feed them as soon as you get home if you live within 1 hour of the airport. Feed your puppy immediately if you live further then 2 hours from the airport. It is also a good idea to have on hand the Nutrical that will be supplied to you in your puppy kit prior to shipment to give to your new puppy.

Pets Travel Requirements to ship a dog by air

  • Airline pet regulations require a Health Certificate which must be issued by a licensed Veterinarian and be no more than 10 days old.
  • USDA Pet Travel Kennel will be supplied according to the puppy’s size and weight
  • Our designer breed puppies over 16 weeks of age will have their rabies shots before they are air shipped.
